After installing Monterey 12.2 (upgraded from 12) my mac pro no longer has sound, and the bluetooth audio device is very choppy which wasn't before. Any ideas? Something I miss? Do I need to run any post install stuff?

I'm using OpenCore, booting from an nvme SSD (open core on a hdd) and wifi/bluetooth is

Wi-Fi (0x14E4, 0x111)/Broadcom BCM43xx 1.0 (7.77.111.1 AirPortDriverBrcmNIC-1710.3)/ Bluetooth: BCM_20702B0
It's a single chip from an imac 2014 if I'm not mistaken. Worked flawlessly with handoff and everything. Still works, just audio is very choppy.

The 3.5mm jack works fine by the way, and bluetooth audio is completely fine after a reboot.
