Has anyone been able to load custom maps into command and conquer tiberium wars? I downloaded a few off of filefront, found out where they are supposed to go on a windows install and put them in the equivalent folder inside the osx package. Still, they don't show up in the game.

Any luck elsewhere?

You could try downloading them from the internet games through the servers. I have done it this way and it works perfectly.

Could you check what location the game put the maps in?

I found a solution per the EA support site (had to do serious digging), as well as I downloaded all the EA maps and zipped them along with the instructions on how to do it.

Here are the instructions:

Any custom maps will need to be placed in the Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars folder on your Mac. When installing a map, you must ensure that the folder that you create is the –exact name of the map itself–, and all map files placed are within that folder, or else the game will not recognize the new maps. Once the map folder is created, you will be able to access the new map in the Map Selection screen for Skirmish or Online.

All custom map folders must be placed in the following folder:

* (Your Username)\Library\Preferences\Command and Conquer 3 Preferences\p_drive\Application Data\Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars\Maps

And the set of maps (and instructions) can be downloaded here.

Hope this helped!
