I use Top Shelf Drinks. It was called iDrink and cost $4.99, when I bought it awhile back. I see that it is now $1.99. I really like the ap. Best feature is you can edit the drinks if you do them differently. You can also add drinks that are not listed. Being a bartender and working in a Liquor store I reference the ap quite a bit, and it hasn't disappointed me yet.

I wrote an app called Drink Decider. It isn't a traditional cocktail database in that it's primary goal is to help you find drinks based upon the flavors that you are into at the moment (sweet, fizzy, minty, creamy, etc). Drink Decider has about 150 cocktail and shot recipes, which covers all of the standard drinks.
