macOS cocoa obj-c framework for pdf form editting

Does anyone know if there is a Cocoa Obj-C framework that allows you to edit pdf forms. Basically I am looking for an Objective-C version of exactly what this java library here does:

http://developer.apple.com/cocoa/pdfkit.html might work. Dunno if it's any good for editing.

as far as I can tell, its no good for filling pdf forms programmatically.

Someone extended PDFkit to do that. I saw the code days ago.
