Some suggestions:

If you're looking for a fairly professional programmer, you might want to a) make sure your post is spelled correctly (it helps you look more professional), b) try a more programming oriented forum or mailing list (arstechnica, macnn developer forum, Apple Cocoa mailing list, cocoadev.com), and c) provide a bit more info (pay, amount of time the project is expected to take, areas of expertise needed, etc...)

Yeah... a broad idea would be nice. What kind of app is it? You don't need to give a ton of details but there's a huge difference between an audio app, a word processing app, a game, etc. Just because you're good a programming doesn't mean you can switch styles of coding on the fly.
