CoD 4 Mac (Map Help)

Hi guys i play CoD 4 Modern Warfare on my Mac Pro on LAN with friends and i just wanted to know how can i install new maps and run them in multiplayer? im new to the whole Mac gaming thing so i don't know jack

Its not the App Store version, and i don't understand what you mean by "should just download themselves"? isn't there a way to add new custom maps from the net?

Simple. You go onto a COD4 server with a custom map. It will automatically download. There you go.

Just make sure you allow downloads in the game settings.

Guys, im not joining servers, im making them (im playing on LAN) isn't there a way to add maps and play on my local servers?
