COD4 Mac Servers

Hello,
I just picked up my new rMBP 2 days ago and wanted to test out some gaming on the display. I am normally a console gamer so I apologize if this is a stupid question. If I am running the Mac port of COD4 from the app store am I also playing with people running the PC version? Just wondering thanks!

On PC, they have the same servers. So you are playing with the same people, its not like consoles where the servers are console specific. A computer is a computer. A PS3 is not a Xbox 360 :)
