COD4 Servers

I have a question. I am trying to connect to servers that friends of mine play on. They have given me an IP address for the server they use. How do I go about conneting to the server in COD4? I see nowhere in the UI of the game where you can manually enter specific server information.

Any help for this COD4 Noob would be appreciated.
