Hi,

I purchased the MacBook Air M2.

I use PowerPoint, but I'm experiencing issues with some videos not playing. I've read that this could be due to codec problems.

Could you please recommend a codec pack to improve video playback on macOS?

Thank you.

Adding to @Bigwaff, MPEG is a container which contains video, audio, etc. It is the format of the objects inside the MPEG which is likely the problem. You can use apps like MediaInfo to discover what is inside your MPEG and then whether it is supported by PowerPoint. I hope it is not corrupt.

What version of macOS are you running? MPEG should work again in the latest version of macOS Sonoma.

Hello, just a thought, have you tried installing VLC media player, it worked for me. Have a nice day.
