Codemeter USB dongle not working in 10.10

Hi, I have a Codemeter USB dongle for some SSL duende native plugins but the codemeter app does not recognize the USB dongle when using Yosemite - has anyone found a solution? Thanks!

Yes very annoying but I would like to know if anyone happens to find a fix because it works fine in Mavericks - thanks
