Anyone have the problem of Call of Duty United Offensive on an intel iMac that will not download custom mod files or custom maps? Mine just freezes. The game starts up fine, I can search the server list easy enough but I try to join a server with a custom map its like the game just hangs then crashes a few minutes later.

I have all UO ports open on my router.

For reference Call of Duty 2 works perfect on this same machine with custom maps and mods.

Yep, as far as I know, no one can get the Intel version to do Multiplayer.
I bought it the day they released it and have long since given up getting it to work, or to trying to get Aspyr to even answer an email about it. There was a thread on Insidemacgames.com after it was released with people having the same issue.

I can play stock servers online no problem because you do not have to download anything. It cannot download any custom content (and making sure the correct ports are open). Stock CTF is fun but would like to know why no downloading :(

Well, I prefer playing online with both standard and custom maps. I bought both th eoriginal COD1 and CODUO CD's and then AGAIN with the Intel downloaded gamed. So, I feel strongly that Aspyr's failure to fix this is seriously egregious.
Not to mention, false advertising...If you offer an application for sale, it better actually work!
