You can pry them up by the corners, but they're fairly apt to break that way. I wouldn't try it unless you're willing to pay for a new keyboard somewhere!

They'll snap at each corner as the key breaks loose from the hinge underneath. They're kinda clipped on.

I killed my thinkpad because of a cool aid spill (so much for its spill proof keyboard). First thing you need to do is stop using the computer. Remove the whole assembly and clean the keyboard motherboard and every thing else with DISTILLED WATER (where ever you can find sugar deposits). And trust me it take as A LOT of time to get that stuff out. If nothing went into the computer (LUCKY!), buy a new keyboard from apple. The stickiness takes lots and lots of washing and still can be sticky. if it just the keyboard blast it with tap water and then finally clean it with distilled water. You might also want to clean with 90% isopropyl acohol to displace water finally and dry the thing for a lloooooonggg time. and fix them up. And you probably killed your warranty if the liquid entered the macbook pro.
