How do I go about doing this?

I created a Numbers spreadsheet on iCloud.com which opens good on my Mac and iPhone.

I want to share it with two of my coworkers, but after sending them the link (and putting a password on the document, which they have) and having them make a few edits, those edits have not appeared on my document, either on iCloud.com, on my Mac, or on the app on my iPhone.

Now it's starting to hit me: is it even POSSIBLE to collaborate with iWork? We're all on Yosemite and on iOS 8.1, and collaboration was something I heard Apple had introduced when iWork for the Cloud was in beta.

I have not had any luck with this either. Sent a document to my wife, she made an edit and it has still yet to appear (4 days and counting). We are sticking to Googke Docs. iCloud Drive is too unreliable in it current form.

Unfortunately I've had to do the same. Was very much looking forward to using iCloud, and the ability to collaborate and edit shared documents on the go with an iPhone or an iPad. This is not only vital, but just a blatantly obvious feature to have in 2014.

We'll be using Google Drive.

Sadly, Apple with iCloud drive.... Apple cares more about being different then putting out a product that works
