Hi All,

I'm in desperate need of help. Somehow (and my best guess is my 3 year old son is responsible) the color calibration of my 20" iMac (intel) has gone insane. The screen looks like a photo negative combined with colors that are totally wrong (i.e. blue is red, orange is bluish). It is quite painful to look at the screen. Ihave tried to use the colorsync app but to no avail. When I start up the computer, the color is fine. Clearly, it is the personal preferences of my user name which has gotten messed up.

Does anyone have any idea how to reset the iMac to the original screen color scheme?

In system preferences, go to universal access, and check if the reverse black and white button is selected. That sounds like the most likely culprit.

Problem Solved

That was an easy fix. Thanks for the rec to check the Universal Access button. My eyes feel better already.
