I am starting this thread as a developer on behalf of my company because I want to let you know about our Mac app called Color Ray which is in beta now and we would like to get some feedback from you guys.
It is basically a Mac app that allows you to color, blur and apply artistic effects to certain areas of your photo. See the screenshot below:
