COM.APPLE.QUICKLOOK.THUMBNAILS AGENT PROBLEM

These files are stuck in the recycle bin on my M1 MacBook Air. I keep getting this error message when I try to empty the bin.


"The operation can’t be completed because the item “com.apple.quicklook.ThumbnailsAgent” is in use.

How can this issue be resolved ?

Have you tried logging out or restarting your MacBook?

Yes..I have logged out many times and restarted my MacBook. Yet still the files are still in the recycle bin.
I use Clean My Mac X but that cannot move them from the bin either.

How did they get there? Did you trash them?
