Combine 2 usb midi devices?

Is there a way to combine 2 usb midi devices, similar to aggragating audio devices? I have 2 devices that need to communicate over midi to a VST. Problem is the VST doesn't have support for multiple MIDI devices due to it only using one MIDI channel.
