iPad Pro Combining tabs from separate windows?

I thought I lost all of my open tabs and just realized that I somehow created a new window and all of my other tabs are in the other Safari window. I figured out that I can display all of my windows by pressing on the Safari icon, though now I’m trying to figure out if there is a way to somehow combine all of the open tabs from my separate windows into one window?

With two safari windows opened side by side I can simply tap and hold on one tab in one window and drag it over to the tab area in the other. Does that work for you too?

Interesting, I have two safari windows opened, though they were not opened at the same time, so I did not even think of that. Thanks.
