I'm a little confused how I get "my comics" on this app. If I've already purchased a comic how do I download it onto this app? Also, do they have current DC comics (Batman, Secret Six, etc) available for download?

After installing comiczeal app on iPhone.
Goto www.bitolithic.com and download and install
Comiczeal sync on your pc or mac.
Run Comiczeal sync on your desktop and just drag & drop your comics into it.
Comiczeal sync will convert the files to comizealcbi format.
When finished converting select sync.
Also select featured>connect to comiczeal sync>SyncDocs in the comiczeal app on iphone.
Comic will be uploaded to iphone.
If you have any problems just restart your desktop and it should work.

To supplement the above, the syncer takes almost any format (pdf, jpg, etc) and converts it into a format that comiczeal can utilize.
So if they don't have the comics you want, just download your own and drag and drop it into the sync app.
