Hi all, I'm coming from the Android world, never having owned an iPhone before.

For us, all our contacts automatically sync to our Google/Gmail contacts automagically. Whenever a phone number/contact is updated on the phone, its beamed over to Gmail, and vice-versa.

I'm wondering with iOS5 if there is a way to do the same thing? The last I remember reading about was in iOS 4 setting up an exchange account to sync the various google services like contacts and calendars.

WOuld this be the same process on iOS5 or is there a better way?

I basicly want to have it so when I get the sync established, I can download all my contacts from the google servers and be on my way with my phone when I get it tomorrow.

THanks!!
