Coming from PC to Imac soon..but when?

I want a 24" Imac but I will wait until Leopard ships with them. Im guessing March-May? What other improvements do you think they will make to the Imac then. Looking forward to the switch.

Anyway...along with bigger disks, they will probably have whatever the latest processor is (probably still some iteration of the C2D), maybe a newer graphics card, but that's probably about it. More standard RAM would always be nice but Apple are usually pretty scungie when it comes to RAM.

Hahahaha lol yeah by leopard I don't expect much maybe bigger *ahem* disks and maybe better processor but the 2.33 is the fastest merom chip so we can't expect much other than maybe a better vid card.

Yeah I know I would have a good machine if i bought now, but I already made my mind up to wait until Leopard. I would think some good changes would be made(maybe a slightly smaller chin, and MAYBE a HD-DVD, BluRay Burner )) I have been waiting for a few months wanted to switch. I think I will be very happy with the Mac. I dont game on the pc (use the xbox360 for that). I like how Leopard looks. Cant wait!

The iMac's probably now would be updated until Santa Rosa, which arrives in March or April next year. So unless you want to wait that long I'd buy one now.

Well silly me wants the 24" imac, so i have to wait till january untill i get the money to buy it

I haven't really heard anything about Leopard that would make me want to wait for it. It was Panther that got me interested in Macs and Tiger (Spotlight, in particular) that sold me, but the new bits in Leopard (the biggest of which I'd say are Time Machine and Spaces) don't do a whole lot for me. So I'd say whip out that credit card number and get shopping.
