Command and Conquer:Generals mismatch in Vista?

Hi guys,

I installed Vista via bootcamp, and installed CCGenerals to play on my network with my friend and brother.

However, when I play with my brother, I will get a "mismatch synchronization" error a couple seconds into the game. If I play with just my friend, things are fine. They both have XP and I have Vista, I am well aware of problems associated with Vista and Generals, are there any fixes yet for this? I've already tried a lot of the things suggested, like running as an admin, or running it with the XP SP2 mode thing.

Thanks for any suggestions!
