I have a 2017 MacBook Pro 15' Radeon 4Gb graphics. Would it be possible to run all the old C&C games in Parallels 10?

Yep, though if you’re running a VM I’d suggest installing Windows 7 instead for better performance. A few of those games can be a little finicky under 8/10.
