macOS Command Line Developer Tools 5.1.0.0

Does anyone know what changes were made in today's update "Command Line Developer Tools 5.1.0.0"?

I have a mac developer account, but I couldn't find any information on it in there (though I found a download link for it).

I was wondering this too, haven't been able to find the changelogs yet.

Endless software update...

It's kind of murky... "support for IOS 7.1" ...

But has anyone have the issue that the App Store keeps wanting to install the XCode tools even after they've ostensibly been installed? 3 recent installs in my history...

Though there are not a lot of details on any the Command Line Tools updates...

As a side note, performing an 'xcode-select --install' appeared to satisfy the Update gods and make the annoying "Update Available!" go away... Or maybe it was because I cleared out all the appstore crud in $TMPDIR../C and $TMPDIR../T
