Hi everyone!

I am in a fix. Please help.

I wanted to use some pictures from my mac which are inbuilt in its templates like brochure/ poster templates .
My question is - can I use them for commercial use or is there any copyright issue with that.

Any guidance will be of great help.

Thanks

What templates are you referring to? If you mean in the iLife or iWork apps, yes, those are all royalty free for commercial or personal use. However, things like the desktop pictures, etc, are not. Be a little more specific and maybe we can tell you for sure.

Thanks for your response.

By inbuilt pictures , I meant pictures in "PAGES" templates which has various templates to chose from e.g brochures, posters etc,

I wanted to use some for my website and thus wanted to enquire about its commercial use.

I that Ok. IS there any link in apple website which says so.

your help is highly appreciated.

Yeah, anything within Pages templates will be acceptable to use. No worries there.

If you need specific text to indicate that, have a look at the Pages User Guide.
