Compact Phone Call Customizability

Are we going to be able to move the compact phone call pop-up on release? I love the compact phone call modal, but at the same time I feel it's counter-intuitive being at the top of the screen since you'd have to reach for it somewhat. I think this will be even more apparent when for example I switch to a larger phone like an iphone 12 pro max as compared to the iphone x I'm using right now. I'd love for it to be moveable to the bottom of my screen.

Currently no, it’s treated as a banner, like all other banner notifications. It would be against the design of the OS to have it be otherwise, unless they change all notifications behaviour.

could use reachability, like with other notifications though.

That is a good idea, OP. Maybe, Apple will offer the ability for that down the road.
