Company using Jobs image to publicise app on facbook without permission

I've just logged into Facebook and this sponsored AD appeared where they are using Steve Jobs image to publicise their app.

I highly doubt they have permission to do this, especially as they are using a picture of the iPhone, let alone the deceased Steve Jobs.

Because it's a sponsored post, there isn't a report image option on it.

Should i report this to apple? If so, where?
