I need to figure out some way to compare the file structures of two hard drives that are 'nearly' identical to one another... although I know for sure that each drive has dozens of files on it that aren't on the other drive, and vice versa. I need some easy way to see what's missing from each drive, and ideally some way to easily copy/backup/or move missing files from one drive to the other.

Any suggestions would be sincerely appreciated! Thanks!

I've used Araxis Find Duplicate Files in the past to compare 2 directories/disks. They discontinued it, but think it is folded into Araxis Merge. The have a 30 day trial. This a professional app that is used by coders to compare source trees.
