I've read through a lot of posts but is there one thread that compares different generation Sport Bands? I mean, real world pictures side by side.

I'm most curious about PRODUCT (RED) 1/2/3 generation, Blue 1/2 generation, but it looks like White, Midnight Blue, Stone, Black, and Pink Sand also have multiple generations.

Thanks!

Yes, I went through that 88 page thread. ;)

I'm hoping people will reply in this thread so we have all that info in a more concise thread that's just about the differences between different generations.

For instance, in the Blue comparison in the other post it's not clearly marked which is Gen 1 or Gen 2. It would also help to have the bands on a watch too.

I was honestly just thinking about this today. I had a Series 0 until last year, then got a Series 1 watch and just a few days ago upgraded to the Series 4. I got the sport band with each of them and was thinking how the material felt different with each. Here are the watch configurations I had

Series 0 - 42mm Silver Aluminum w/ Green Sport Band
Series 1 - 42mm Silver Aluminum w/ White Sport Band
Series 4 - 44mm Space Grey Aluminum w/ Black Sport Band

Even though I sold my Series 0, I kept the green sport band and its still in great shape. Out of all 3, it feels the heaviest, but I enjoy the fit.

The White band from my Series 1 is very dirty event though I ran it under water every day. Not sure if I'll toss this one, or keep it for when I'm working outside or around the house.

The Black Sport Band from the Series 4 feels the lightest of them all and is very comfortable.

If you or anyone is interested, I can post a picture of all 3 later today just so you can see the difference in wear/tear over a few years with the different bands.
