I know direct comparison is hard, but if we look at the GPU of M1 only, some of the claims make sense.

UHD630 is ancient. It's no surprise that Apple can claim the performance leap it has.
It'd be interesting to see it compared to AMD's mobile integrated, or the latest Intel XE chips. There is no question about the integrated graphics in Apple Silicon macs blowing the old Skylake iGPU out of the water though.
