If you google for iPhone styluses you'll notice they all have a tip roughly the size of a pea compared to the S-pen's more pen like tip. That's because iOS needs the contact to the surface to be "finger-sized" to be recognized.
So the S-pen will always be better until Apple makes a phone that supports their Pencil accessory.

Is the disadvantage of having a tip roughly the size of a pea accuracy? Some users recommended the Jot Pro. So, whatever I draw/write, the lines won't be at the center of the disc at the tip of the Jot Pro?
Yeah, it's just harder to write or draw with a thick tip stylus. It doesn't feel as natural.

it works with my iPad Air 2 and iPhone 6S plus. It's a very good stylus and using for a long period of time it feels better than the standard s-pen due to its bulkier size.
The S-Pen that comes inside the Note 5 is very thin, its very accurate but for longer drawing sessions its thinness doesn't do it any favours and the side button is incredibly hard to use in real world without concerted effort to press it. Thankfully samsung do make a bigger s-pen stylus with an eraser which makes using it much more comfortable for longer periods of time and well recommended. It isn't very premium feeling (it feels a bit cheap and actually at around $30-35 it is) but it still works without issue and I'd recommend it if you want to do any longer sessions and with the bigger button its easy to click those extra actions.

I wasn't aware that this is something different than the usual styluses? I understand you need to pair it via Bluetooth similar to for example Surface Pro pen or probably the Apple pen. How does it work?
The apps usually have a pairing process when you press nib down in an area and it auto pairs. Yeah it's not like standard stylus for iPad, it has a smaller nib so you can see and feel how your drawing and has great pressure sensitivity.
