Hi guys,

I've been trying a bluetooth transmitter for my LG TV, so I can connect the Airpods Pro to it. I thought this was a no-brainer so I selected a cheap one with decent reviews.

Although I've memorized the series of steps I need to take to make the connection as fast as possible (plugging the adapter, pairing the pods, sometimes dealing with TV menus), the main problem with is that it has a noticeable lag. Audio is out of sync, so movie watching is a drag — I didn't even try gaming.

I'm looking for a decent transmitter with low latency (ideally no lag at all, if possible) and quick pairing. LG also has a bluetooth adapter, but I seriously doubt it will work.

Weird, it's working for me, even in incognito. It's a link to Amazon Spain though.

The transmitter i bought is V5. It seems to have made no difference.

There will always be latency as the CODEC has to compress and decompress the audio the question is how much can you reduce it. Bluetooth v5 with aptX low latency might help. Not sure if your headphones support it but if they do a matching transmitter might help. aptX is the software owned by Qualcomm and licensed to third party manufacturers of bluetooth hardware.
