Compatible HDD for MacBook?

Will this hard drive work in a MacBook, and will it work well (ie be unlikely to fail, or be slow)?

I have already ordered a MacBook with 160GB HDD, but for £46 extra I could have 250GB this way, does that sound like a good idea to you?

Answer fast cause I may need to cancel my order!!

Well I ordered it, I'll blame you guys if it goes wrong! Only kidding!

It also means it will arrive sooner as it is no longer custom. I have ordered the 2GB ram kit from crucial and the 250GB hard drive from dabs, saving £££! I suggest anyone else who orders from apple does the same as it really is much cheaper to upgrade yourself, and they make it so easy!
