Complete App Listing in Spotlight Search ?

With 3.0 you can install as many apps as you want , however , if you are like me you download so many apps it is hard to keep track. Looking for an app in spotlight would be fine if you knew the name of the app, but if you don't, going through every single letter in the alphabet is RIDICULOUS.

So my thread title is my question. Any ideas, tips or tricks.

BTW : I have no interest in jail breaking my iPhone

Theres a tutorial on getting 12+ pages on 3.0 unjailbroken, I'll get a link an a bit
 
There is no way to show all apps that I am aware of (without jailbreaking, at least).

I tried these searches:

I know it won't do much good, but you can always send a polite and professional e-mail to Apple. Wouldn't hurt and it would take only a minute of your time.

So many people just complain and are tense about it. If you're polite and reasonable, they're more likely to consider. Although I don't think you'll have much of a chance to change things, like I said, it doesn't hurt.

First, you have to be an app-aholic and have 11 pages of iPhone apps (and more hidden ones since they can’t be displayed). Then move some of the default apps you do not use like “Weather,” “Stocks,” “YouTube,” “Audio Memo,” etc. to the last page.
Now take one icon from the 10th page and drag it over to the 11th page. This will force the last icon to be booted off the page and into the iPhone abyss!
Now download another app to replace that empty space. And magically, a 12th page will be created with all the apps you weren’t able to view on it. I repeated the same steps and was able to make a 13th page.

This is SOO HUGE ! I cant believe it isn't a top story.

EDIT: I think I might be doing something wrong, all that happened is now I am not showing any native Apps

2nd EDIT : Correction, It Does work, but now some icons have the little X on top like when they are being deleted, but it works Thanks again
