Complete Loss of Apple Remote after XBMC use on AppleTV

i opened Boxee and after a while i restarted Apple tv and now i can't use anything. the remote isn't responding so my apple tv is pretty much unusable.
i tried this:

but i cant find that launch agent. i have no launchagents folder in the library so i dont really know what to do and need help asap.

Happened to me once. Try simply unpairing your ATV remote, and then pairing it again. (I forget the button sequence, check your ATV instructions on how to unpair)

login to the appletv via ssh as normal

launchctl unload ~/Library/LaunchAgents/tv.boxee.helper.plist
sudo rm ~/Library/LaunchAgents/tv.boxee.helper.plist
(enter 'frontrow' as the password when prompted by 'sudo')

You may need a reboot, but this fixed it for me.
