Compressor does not seem to work after 13.5 update

App launches, takes forever, screen finally appears but can't click on anything. Eventually it crashes. I tried this on 4 separate Macs from M1 to M2 Ultra. Final Cut Pro -> Send to Compressor will also fail. App will never show the batch and you can't click on any of the UI.

Seems isolated to the 13.5 upgrade, things were working before that.

Seems to work if you delete the folders in Library for Compressor and the preference files. Deleting the application, restarting and re-installing.

Are you running the latest version?
Final Cut Pro 10.6.8 has been released on August 1, 2023

Yes, even deleted the app and re-installed it but still failed. Deleting the preferences and Application Support files in the Library folder, then deleting the app, then re-installing fixed it.

what is reported in the crash log in the console? You checked under a different user account?

Yes I tried under multiple accounts and 4 computers. But this is taken care of. You need to delete the preferences files and re-install.
