Yeah, I am a red shirt employee, and I know just about as much as the two Apple Reps. I know more then them in a lot of areas, such as software for the mac. Fortunately, I know the Apple employee that runs the one at the CompUSA by my house. I never speak to the red-shirts (the CompUSA employees) concerning Apple products; they're generally clueless when it comes to Macs.
