if my computer is virus stricken...very slow, maybe spyware....I dont know but very slow....and i plug my iphone into itunes......is there any way that my computer problems could transfer and effect my iphone and make it slower ????????

I doubt it, I'm not aware of any Windows virus that can attack an iPhone via iTunes. If there was a virus that could do it, it wouldn't make the iPhone slow (That would require adding or installing something on the iPhone... which wouldn't happen) it would probably just kill it.

Don't keep using a machine that is infected like that. Reformat your system and reinstall your OS. Google for a guide on how to do it if you don't know already.
