Computer Hourly/minute Rental Software

So, I've been tirelessly searching the web to try and find software for Mac, that does the same thing that local Fedex/Kinko's Computers do. That is, you put your credit card in, and you get billed for every minute you are on the computer. Is anyone aware of such software for Mac? Essentially, the computer is being rented for the use of it.
