Computer Work Desk Options...?

I seem to be working at / on my computer for long periods of time
and wanted to know if people have found a
Sitting / Standing desk work solution ?

i find it rather uncomfortable to be sitting all day.
It is sometimes nice to stand and work on the computer.....

You are welcome to post a picture of your workspace if you
have a sitting / standing work desk option.....!

There are office desks out there, that can adjust to being seated, or standing. My back could not handle being standing more than an hour.
