iPhone Concerning editing photos on an iPhone...

Whenever i edit a photo (crop or filter) on my iPhone and save it, i later get an option to revert the photo to it's original state if i want to.

My question is : If i send an edited photo to another iPhone (or PC/Mac) would the recipient be able to redo all the changes i have done to the photo and revert it to its original state?
