So you know how when you get a new, shiny, expensive thing, you're OCD about it? Well this is that. So I just got a brand new XR, and I love it! It's such an awesome phone! However, I dropped it onto my hardwood floor yesterday from ear height- so about 6 feet. Albeit, I have a really protective case on it with thick bezels, and one of those built in screen protectors (similar to an otterbox design, not the regular flimsy ones). Anyway, I noticed a slight bit of lag today while playing a game, and this made me wonder- can dropping a phone make it slower? I know where the phone hits does matter, so I guess I'll list that. Judging my the marking's on the case, it fell on the top left side. Anyway, as I couldn't find the answer out on the internet, I thought I'd post it on here, where there's lots of experts who probably can answer this question. Thanks!

To make your phone faster again you have to drop it on the OPPOSITE site. That means if you drop your iPhone on the bottom right side, the lag should be gone.

(I'm TOTALLY serious 😇)
