Hello Everyone,
It appears Mountain Lion allows for concurrent VNC sessions on one machine. Right now Account B is physically logged into a Hackintosh running ML, while Account A is VNC'd into the machine, without interrupting Account B. Both desktops are fully functional. (This is excellent!)
This was possible but required a hack before, right? Or was this feature in Lion and I just never tried it? I recently upgraded the Hackintosh from Snow Leopard to Mountain Lion so I never got a chance to try it that way.
