Configuration VPN ppp0

I have a VPN-access to the some network. I use this vpn to access only for 10.3/17 and do now use for the external access. Its working on the Linux OS. My routing:

But I can't configure this vpn on the mac. If external access is working vpn not, and if vpn is working external not.
Please help me.
My routing when vpn was connected:

Option "All traffic through VPN" was disabled.

Please tel how I must routing for working vpn && external access.

I added a routing on the linux:
address 10.3.0.0
netmask 255.255.128.0
gw 10.3.100.40

But how I must to do in MAC I don't know.

Just a heads up, but ESPECIALLY when talking about network stuff, refer to Mac or OSX as , "Mac" and not "MAC" as "MAC" has a very specific meaning in this context.

Your screenshot shows ppp on a different IP than the GW you tried to add. (10.3.. vs 10.30..)

I do not, typically the 'thing' that assigns the interface the IP address will make a route for the same subnet. (i.e. the other side of the vpn)

When I've used PPP in the past (I currently prefer IPSEC) if the 'joiner' is assigned an ip address on that interface like 192.168.254.20/24 then there will already be a route to the 192.168.254.0 subnet provided by the vpn.

The vpn connection is working from linux and windows.
How I can fix this?

From VPN provider:

The authentication method needs to be set to MSCHAPv2 where applicable.

Could this be the reason?
