Configuration with iPad Air 2 not possible: Dock issue

Hello,

I just installed the public beta from iOS 11 but can't use it because I stuck at the configuration of iOS 11.

The issue here is that the Dock is always shown. It hide some buttons to continue configuration. Anyone a idea for that issue?

I already tried restarting my iPad but that doesn't help.
