I'm cross posting this from the World of Warcraft Mac support forums (incredibly good customer service there). I thought maybe someone might try looking for answers to this problem here.

I've seen a few posts lately regarding how to configure a Logitech mouse to be able to use all the buttons on it with WoW. Someone mentioned having to use Steermouse (a nice application but it costs $20) but there is a way to do it through the Logitech Control Center so I thought I'd just go through it if anyone's interested.

In this example I'm configuring a three-button mouse so that WoW will recognize the scroll wheel button as the third mouse button.

1. Open System Preferences>Logitech Control Center
2. Click on the mouse and click "Configure" at the lower right to open Device Manager.
3. At the top of the window click the + button to add a new application profile.
4. Select WoW.
5. Where it says "Wheel Button," look all the way to the right for a little up/down arrow that opens a menu.
6. Select "Advanced Click"
7. On the details below, select "Click" for click type and change the button number to 3 in the drop-down menu.

If your mouse has more buttons you should be able to do the same thing with those buttons and assign them as button 4, 5, etc. Then in WoW when you go into keybindings, you'll find that you are able to click on the scroll wheel and the function is assigned to "Mouse Button 3" (or something like that).

Hope this helps.
