Configuring remote access on iMac

Hi Folks,

Hoping someone can provide a few beginners tips here...

I'm trying to set up Remote HD app on my iPhone 4 so that I can tap in to my iMac remotely. I've set it up for the wireless LAN at home, but want to set it up to tap in over the web.

The Remote HD website gives a small paragraph on it but it doesn't really mean anything to me.

Can you give me any pointers on how to set this up?

Don't know much about remote HD but I use TeamViewer, which is free, to access my iMac from my Mb, and both from my iPhone. Once set up, I created a user account for each computer, paired all devices and forced the password to be predefined rather than new every time in preferences. Very easy, I'd recommend using it.

I know this doesn't quite answer your question, but if you still have trouble just thought you should consider it.
