iOS Confirm Delete Menu

Hello everyone,
In the contacts app in the iphone, if I want to delete a contact, I have to go to the specific contact, press edit, and then press "Delete Contact". After that, a little menu comes up with "Delete Contact" or "Cancel". Would anyone know how to make a similar menu?

I think that's a UIActionSheet.
