In IOS 12 on iPhone 6S. My wife's phone is in DO NOT DISTURB mode, locked and on the night stand while we sleep and will get vibration (notification?) And screen lights up. There is nothing in notification center. No messages. No attempted contacts from favorites. Can't find any sign of activity. Can happen several times during night, never at the same time c Shouldn't matter whether "vibrate on silent " is toggled since in DND mode. Can anyone help?.

If there are no actual notifications that appear in the Notification Center and thus nothing that should be setting it off then it's possible that it's related to charging in some way--perhaps the charger cuts out and cuts back in randomly which gets the device to light up and maybe even vibrate. Might be worth trying to clean out the phone's charing port (in case there's some lint or something else gathered in there), using a different charging cable, using a different charger, and/or using a different outlet to see if it might be related to that perhaps.
