Confusion Regarding Song Limit

I am confused as to what the song limit entails for my iCloud Music Libary with iTunes Match & Apple Music enabled.

I hear it is a 25k limit (until fall) for matched songs on iTunes match. Does this limit also include purchased songs and Apple Music songs (not matched, but added through Apple Music)?

purchased songs are not included in the 25k limit. apple music songs you add also don't effect iTunes match.

OK very good! So I won't run into my limit because I've been adding so many Apple Music albums and songs to my collection. I will also start buying more from iTunes. Thank you very much for your help.

I quickly ran into Spotify's Save To Your Collection limit.

Ran into an issue with iTunes Match where after 25,000 of Apple Music & iTunes Match songs it stopped letting me upload and add music from Apple Music.
